This document contains the General Terms and Conditions governing the contract which will bind you to OÜ SleepyFox. When placing an Order, you undertake that any and all information given is accurate and complete. By placing an Order on this website you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right at any time, for any reason, and with immediate effect to change the information, prices, specifications, descriptions of products, delivery services on this website, the right to review and modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and you will be bound by the terms in force at the time when you place the order.
It is in OÜ SleepyFox’s interest to ensure your satisfaction with the service rendered, for which reason we will make every effort to follow up the obligations and commitments taken on with you.
In addition to these conditions, the legal relationships are regulated by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Placing an order
Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid via an online bank transfer or using another payment method.
If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.
Payment and Price
All prices are in euros. Prices displayed are tax-inclusive and exclusive additional costs. Please note that customs, duties and additional taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Payments can be made:
- by direct transfer through bank links (operated by Maksekeskus AS)
- via Paypal with Visa and MasterCard

Shipping and Delivery
We deliver worldwide with Omniva Ltd.
All shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the purchaser within 3-5 business days of the date of entry into force of the contract of sale. All shipments outside of Estonia are guaranteed to arrive within 7-18 calendar days.
These times could be longer if there are delays during times such as Christmas or bad weather. OÜ SleepyFox will not be liable for any non-compliance or delay on the grounds of force majeure. Please bear this in mind if purchasing an item as a gift. If your order is very urgent please e-mail us.
If you are purchasing a gift for someone and would like your item gift wrapped, please let us know and we’ll be happy to do so. Also, if you’d like your item shipped directly to the recipient we can do this and pop a handwritten card in with it. Just let us know!
Shipping prices
Shipping costs are calculated depending on the orders destination geographic region.
Our shipping rates by regions:
Shipping costs 3€ in Estonia, 6€ in Europe and 10€ for the rest of the world.
We do not cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges.
Return policy & Refunds and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange your item, contact us at info@sleepyfoxkids.com. Please include in the subject line: "I wish to exchange/return my item." In the email, include your full name, item description, and delivery address. Please also let us know what is the main reason for the return.
In order to receive a refund or exchange, you must notify us within 14 days of the delivery of your goods. Items must be unworn and in perfect condition and in their original packaging with all garment tags still attached. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not able to provide a refund for items that do not reach our office. We recommend tracking and insuring your return package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
In the case of a defective / incorrect product we are responsible for the return shipping costs and we also will refund the original shipping cost and provide the refund for the item within 14 days of the receipt of the product when the customer sends a proof of delivery of the product.

We welcome wholesale orders from shops, so please contact us for prices and further info.
